An advocate is a person that works in support of another's cause. Rhyan Breen is a dedicated advocate for his clients and his community. As a general litigation attorney that focuses on criminal defense and assisting entrepreneurs and non-profits in the organizing, incorporating, and operating, Mr. Breen has been an advocate for his clients in Wilson, Nash, and Edgecombe counties since 2009. As an advocate for the community, he has served on the board of the Y.O.U.T.H of Wilson, the Mediation Center of Eastern Carolina, Arts Council of Wilson, the Imagination Station, and the North Carolina Youth Advisory Council. Additionally, serves as an elected member of the Wilson County Schools Board of Education.

He is dedicated, driven, and remains, as always- at your service.

Additionally, he has extensive experience in post-conviction matters such as: probation violations and obtaining post-conviction relief (motions for appropriate relief, certificates of relief, expunctions, and denials of concealed carry weapon and pistol purchase permits).
